Physical games are being taken away
On July 1, 2026, Sony announced that physical disc production will end in January 2028. New PlayStation games will release in digital formats only.
When the discs stop, so does everything built on them. No more trading, no more lending, no more buying a used copy or handing a game to a friend.
If we can show there is still real demand for owning and trading physical games, decisions like this can be reversed. Every person who joins is proof.
